Open Position: Bollywood Dance Instructor
Employment Type: Part-Time (Hourly)
Compensation: Hourly rate based on experience
Commitment: Minimum of 4 classes per week

 

Role Overview:
We're looking for a passionate and talented Bollywood Dance Instructor to join our team! You'll be teaching fun and engaging classes, helping students build their skills and confidence. You'll also play a key role in preparing them for recitals—working on choreography, technique, and performance readiness, all while encouraging their love for dance. If you have a strong Bollywood dance background and a heart for teaching, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Teach a minimum of 4 classes per week (including weekends, if necessary).

• Plan and deliver structured, energetic, and creative Bollywood dance lessons for various age groups and skill levels.

• Choreograph routines for performances, recitals, or showcases as needed.

• Track student progress and provide feedback to improve their technique and confidence.

• Collaborate with the academy team for special events, performances, and curriculum development.

• Create a welcoming and supportive class atmosphere where everyone feels encouraged to participate and grow.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Bollywood dance with prior teaching or performance experience.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students of all ages.

• Dependable and committed to maintaining a consistent class schedule.

• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit varying skill levels.

• Passion for teaching and inspiring students to develop their love for Bollywood dance Must be 18 years or older.
